Please note: Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.
Online orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the next business day.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Shipping is limited only to continental North America (United States and Canada only), and includes Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to Mexico. "Free Shipping" promotions are offered for a limited time and are subject to discontinuation or change at any time. MPG's "Free Shipping" promotions are not available to residents of Hawaii and Alaska. We regret that we are unable to process international orders at this time.

DISCOUNTS, DISCOUNT CARDS, SALES & PROMOTIONS

MPG reserves the right to change or discontinue a discount, discount card, sale or promotion at any time. We do not honour discounts after a limited time sale or promotion has expired. If you have received a notification of a sale or promotion, please carefully check the notification for the date of expiry.

30 DAY ONLINE RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at MPG, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with a REGULAR PRICED item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice (or as permitted under the exceptions indicated below). We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account.

If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a REGULAR PRICED product, MPGSPORT.COM will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you. Please note that quantities and available colors of products are limited to the available inventory. In addition, EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE ON PRODUCTS OF THE SAME STYLE NAME/SKU. If you would like to exchange for a different item, a refund will be made for the initial returned item, and a new order must be placed and processed.

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE BY MAIL, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

• Click on the image to the left to download and print out our Return & Exchange Form (PDF).
• Carefully fill in the details of your order on the form.
• Using the original packaging (if possible), package the items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
• Include the invoice (or copy of) that was originally shipped with your order.
• Mail the package to the USA or CANADA RETURNS address located at the bottom of this page.

Please note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN POLICY

New / Current Collection Merchandise:

Returns or exchanges purchased from MPGSPORT.COM in the USA must be returned to the RETURNS - USA address below
within 30 days of invoice date.

Returns or exchanges purchased from MPGSPORT.COM in Canada must be returned to the RETURNS - CANADA address below
within 30 days of invoice date.

When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from MPGSPORT.COM, email our Customer Service department to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) with instructions. Upon return and receipt of the product, MPGSPORT.COM will exchange or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.

FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE:

ALL CLEARANCE (ITEMS 30% OFF OR MORE) SALES ARE FINAL.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be accepted at the online or retail stores, UNLESS THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE.Affiliated Retailer purchases: Returns or exchanges from other affiliated retail stores carrying MPG product will not be accepted at MPGSPORT.COM. This is at the sole discretion of the retailer.

IN THE EXCEPTION THAT YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

MPG will examine the returned item(s) upon receipt, contact you directly, and only then determine if a refund for shipping charges (on returned items only) will be issued.
