Tricia's professional life began with a Masters in Counseling and work at a major university medical center in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Program.  A fascination with biofeedback and relaxtion techniques that were used with clients resurfaced years later when she learned of pranayama and meditation in yoga.  Yoga seemed like the missing link, a physical and breath based mindfulness that complimented the counselling-based work that she had done for years.  Her style of yoga is one that is holistic and nurturing, while also stressing physical and mental strengthening.    Helping students find softness and surrender, along with ways to live their yoga off the mat is one of the greatest joys in Tricia's life. A lifelong love of dance, music, history and cooking compliment her teaching as well as help continue to expand her website that serves to help spread knowledge.
