Leanne Monaghan is the driving force behind Staying Alive Fitness and has always made fitness, exercise and active living a part of her life, even more so after being diagnosed with cancer in 2002. In an effort to bolster her recovery through conventional medicine, she also embraced Hydrotherapy, Detox and Pilates to support her exercise regimen and has since endeavoured to make significant life changes that have made a huge difference in her life.
Leanne constantly strives to further educate herself in order to better serve her clients. She has completed an impressive array of classes and seminars across a wide variety of different athletic pursuits and healing methodologies such as Reiki, Bosu, Spin, Yoga, Pilates and Massage. By educating and pushing herself even further, she has been able to help, guide and serve her clients at Staying Alive.
The mission at Staying Alive Fitness is simple: to promote and provide safe, healthy and enjoyable activities for people of all ages and fitness levels. They strive to educate, instruct, encourage and guide their clients toward their individual lifestyle goals.
